St Jude 5k, great run with the fam!
Pretty on pink.
How delicious can one dish get? Still getting better! Salmon w/ soy-miso glaze, angel hair sauteed in "asian sauce" (5Tsake, 3sesame oil, 1rice wine vin, soy sauce, honey, .5ginger, garlic), asparagus, carrot hash, radish micro greens, toasted sesame seeds. #salmon #microgreens #smarterbynature #delicious
SV pork, caramelized carrots, grits, cauliflower puree, brussels slaw w/ whole grain mustard = da bomb. #sansaire #sousvide #flavor
Beautiful smiles! ❤
50 lbs lighter and running is a thing I do now. It makes me feel strong, yet relaxed. I especially relish the hills, no really! Anyway, today was a milestone. 50 runs, 250 miles (400km) since the start of this year. Here's to the next 50. #run #mapmyrun #underarmour #youvstheyear2019 #faster #nyresolution
